Hi guys!
More than 3 months to go before my Invisalign treatment's complete! I can't wait for the day until my treatment's done!
I've noticed that I don't have any stains on my teeth. I'm not saying
that my teeth are sparkly white, but I drink tea and coffee. Using Invisalign has definitely improved my oral health with regular cleaning. I'm really happy with my Invisalign journey!
Here are some before and after comparison photos for you to see...
Shown above are my Invisalign results within 8 1/2 months and 17 trays of treatment. My fabulous Invisalign dentist always listens to my concerns and addresses them! I am truly a happy man and
Invisalign patient!
Do you also notice how much whiter my teeth are now? I think
that is purely from changing my brushing habits from twice a day to
brushing after every meal, snack, and drink/s.
I will update you all again in the next 2 weeks with some more photos once I change to set 19/25 to show how my progress is going.
Thank you for reading and following me on this amazing Invisalign journey to straight and healthier teeth!

My Tray 17/25 Update
Hey guys!
As I move on to another set of aligners, the routine doesn't change and it's all very much the same. I rarely see my Invisalign dentist and mostly take charge of carrying on with the treatment. It's nice and simple.
The exciting news is that I am more than half way through my treatment! I say finally like it has taken forever but it has actually just flown by quite fast. Either way, I am still so happy that it will only take about 4 months more until my Invisalign treatment's done.
My current aligner set 17 is tight which proves that they're all working as they should.
It's interesting how at the beginning of my treatment, the end results and tray 25/25 seemed so far off. I was so aware and conscious of speaking while wearing them, but once I got used to using Invisalign after a couple of weeks, I honestly forget about it sometimes and have stopped thinking about them so much. That's why I can't complain since Invisalign has become normal to me and can honestly say that I have enjoyed this treatment.
Who would have thought that about "invisible braces"?! Invisalign is DIFFERENT and I am so blessed to have made the clear choice. I am so grateful and pleased with the whole Invisalign process.
I remember that about 10 years ago, I consulted a dentist for veneers. Luckily, it was far too expensive and I never pursued them, which I am now very happy about. I wanted a "quick fix" and didn't know of any other way other than the big metal braces. Once you have veneers, though, they shave down your real teeth to almost nothing. I am now sitting here with my real teeth, more aligned than before, how I want them to be, without causing any damage to my real teeth and without worrying about a veneer popping off. Not to mention the expense of having them fixed. I wish the dentist I consulted at that time told me about Invisalign as I would have straightened my teeth with these invisible aligners a long time ago, but I suppose am actually very lucky to be here now with straighter teeth!
5-10 years ago, Invisalign wasn't as well known as it is now here in the Philippines. I hope that more Philippine dentists and orthodontists recommend Invisalign to people like me, whose teeth are healthy, CAN be straightened conveniently and in a non-invasive way. The latest innovations with Align Technology's investments in orthodontic Research & Technology continue to improve Invisalign even for severe cases.
I hope my blog has helped anyone out there thinking of their options with improving their teeth and smile. I will update again about 2 weeks with my Invisalign treatment progress, including some before and after photos!

Invisalign Tray 16 Update
Hi everyone!
It's about time I updated my blog with my Invisalign progress. I am now on aligner set 16 of 25, so more than half way through my treatment. In my opinion, I could not be more impressed with this treatment! Time is flying and I am more excited than ever before about how close I am to the final stages of treatment and results. Since my last blog on tray 15, each week has just been easy. I make notes in my calender so I know when to change my aligners. I feel so confident with them. No problems at all with putting them on and I only expect tightness for the first few days after a new set of aligners. I'm actually enjoying this Invisalign treatment, showing off my before and after pictures to my friends, family, colleagues, plus on social media. People are surprised to see the difference from my crooked teeth before and I can't help but beam with pride!
I am not a perfect patient, though. I have forgotten a few times after lunch to put my Invisalign aligners back on for a few hours when I was really busy. As an Invisalign patient, one has to really make a conscious effort to remember in order not to fall behind the recommended use of at least 20 hrs. a day. Nonetheless, this hasn't caused any problems for me. I was worried when changing to the next aligners, that they may not fit, but it was totally fine. Thank goodness!
I have attached some recent pictures of myself in my current stage, so they may help anyone who is concerned or worried as to how they may look. I was a bit concerned myself before starting treatment. Someone would have to be looking really closely to notice the aligners and even if they did, they would have no idea what they are since they are so discreet. They are transparent. Looking back, I wonder what I was worried about.
So far, my Invisalign treatment has been a breeze for me. Yes, it does feel tender during day 1 with a new set of aligners, but I like that kind of pain since it means that my teeth are moving. That's fine by me! :D
My teeth are now whiter than before, too. My oral hygiene has never been very bad (brushing twice and rarely ever floss), but it has never been particularly good either. Ever since I started with my Invisalign treatment, I feel icky if I don't brush after every meal, so I can wear my aligners again. I've been brushing and flossing for at least 3 times a day. How can I not have super clean and sparkling teeth then?!
I am looking forward to seeing my Invisalign dentist the soonest and progressing further with this treatment! Will update again soon.
Thanks for reading!

| Just like the way I am enjoying this best fruit shake on the island of Boracay. I love Invisalign because it's removable, invisible, without discomfort from wires and without diet restrictions! |

More than 5 Months with Invisalign and Seeing Further Progress!
Today, I just wanted to point out that after speaking with other people
who had regular metal braces before and hearing of
their painful, unpleasant experiences, they were shocked to
know that the Invisalign treatment I am having is COMPLETELY painless.
There is no tightening of wires which they experienced nor hard
pressures on the teeth. Everything with Invisalign is pain-free,
convenient, yet effective and fast. I feel in control of the treatment since I need to ensure that I use the Invisalign aligners consistently. Compliance is key.
For me, the most difficult part of the Invisalign treatment was the first set of trays or aligners and those first 2 weeks. Looking back now, I wonder what I was uncomfortable about! With anything new, adjustments in time are made in order to feel more comfortable. After adjusting to speaking with the aligners, I've been feeling more confident and comfortable with them. Using them now is just like second nature to me and I don't worry about them anymore. I even forget that I'm wearing them most of the time and enjoy knowing that everyday I am a step closer to having the perfect smile.
I am definitely looking forward to these next 4 weeks of treatment and seeing further progress!

5 Months of Invisalign Treatment and Improvements Are Noticeable!
I am now 5 months into my Invisalign treatment and time flies indeed!
Now the aligners just feel so natural to me. That 1st week was pretty difficult for me to get used to the feeling of the aligners and removing them were particularly uncomfortable. Currently, I actually enjoy the feeling of the new set of aligners since the tightness during the 1st few days of use lets me know they're doing their job. I just make sure to wear the new trays at night before bed. That way, I don't have to worry about taking them off after a few hrs. I have been in a routine of brushing my teeth and aligners 1st thing in the morning, after eating, and at night. It only takes seconds to remove them and put them back on! I don't need to look in a mirror or fiddle around with them anymore since they're just so easy to use.
The other great news is that my teeth are already noticeably more aligned, compared to before! They are almost completely straightened out! I honestly cannot believe how quickly these changes have been happening, especially since my treatment is still in the beginning stages, but I absolutely LOVE it! I have been smiling more confidently, while many of my colleagues, closest friends, and family have mentioned to me that they have been noticing the changes already with my teeth... AMAZING!
Part of the reason for such quick results has to do with my Invisalign dentist who really worked on my treatment plan and continues to help me monitor my treatment's progress, even by mobile.
I am also re-posting here below 1 of my photos from when I started using Invisalign, so you can compare with my latest photo and see the progress for yourself. My Invisalign treatment's really great and I could not be more happier.
I'll continue to share my treatment updates with you all in the next 2 weeks and make sure to respond to any comments or questions you may have. So far, I really hope my blog has been of some help to anyone seeking information about Invisalign. To know more about it, you may also get more information from the Invisalign PH Team: www.invisalign.ph/patient-sign-up

My Invisalign Treatment Continues
Hi! How's everyone doing in this Philippine summer heat?
I
am now wearing a new set of aligners and am currently more than 4
months into my treatment. I am very happy that my teeth movements are
slowly, but surely taking place!
To give you my honest
opinion, I found that the 1st few days of treatment were quite hard,
trying to get used to the feel of the aligners in my mouth and adjusting
to how I spoke while wearing them. I had a lisp for
the first few days and removing the aligners was a little uncomfortable.
After some time, the aligners slid on and off easily without the need
for a mirror or any pressure at all. I honestly forget that I'm wearing
them sometimes! I am so pleased and the treatment
has been much easier.
I was really surprised that
many people, colleagues, friends, and family, did not notice them at all
unless I asked them to see if they notice that I was wearing
Invisalign! Even when I did, some people assumed that
I was wearing lingual braces (behind the teeth).
I will be transitioning to
another set of aligners in the next 2 weeks. Every time I change to a
new set of aligners, I always expect the tightness and difficultly of
getting them off for the 1st few days. I have been
totally used to wearing the aligners.
Expect more updates from me
very soon and feel free to ask questions. My blog's just about to reach
1000 views. Please keep sharing this blog so more Filipinos can learn
about Invisalign. Thanks to everyone for all
your help!
Any plans for the upcoming Labor Day Weekend, aside from rooting for our very own Pacquiao? Have a good one and bye for now!

My Summer Photos
Hey everyone! How's your summer so far?
Holy week in my hometown of Samal Island, Davao was fantastic with my best friends - we had such a good time. I have bigger smiles now that my teeth are being straightened with Invisalign! It's been four months into my treatment - have you noticed that I have a more relaxed smile, without worrying in photos. I have been able to take lots of cheesy pictures and will take more during my Invisalign treatment!
Can I be in the next Invisalign summer social media ad? Lol!
My Invisalign dentist noted improvements in my maloclussion during my last consultation with her. Here's a photo of me below having coffee with her at a lovely cafe in Makati. With my busy schedule, I am unable to see my Invisalign doctor often for consultations, but with Invisalign it is not a problem. Invisalign consultations can be done every 2 months. I am in contact with my Invisalign dentist by email and mobile anyway, so I keep her updated with my compliance and diligent use of the aligners to ensure proper treatment.
I always remember to pop out my aligners before drinking liquids other than water (not including hot water), too, so as not to stain them.
Again, with Invisalign, there are no diet restrictions, so I can eat whatever i want!
The last 2 photos above were just taken last week in Laoag, Ilocos when I was there for work with colleagues. Invisalign truly doesn't get in the way of my career and travels.
As I write this 3rd blog entry of mine, I notice that have already had more than 600 views here. On my 4th blog entry in the next 2 weeks, I hope to have 1000 views, so keep sharing my blog (entry/ies) and feel free to ask me any questions about Invisalign (treatment). I am more than happy to share my InvisaLife experience here in the Philippines.
Salamat and have a good week!
